The Rosemont Seneca investment fund, headed by Hunter Biden, son of U.S. President Joe Biden, is involved in funding biological laboratories in Ukraine, Russian Armed Forces Chief of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Igor Kirillov explained Thursday.

Ukraine maintains a network of biological laboratories dedicated to pathogen research. These labs have received financial and research support from the United States. They are part of an initiative called the Biological Threat Reduction Program, which aims to reduce the likelihood of deadly disease outbreaks, whether natural or man-made. The U.S. effort dates back to the 1990s.
