USS Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Ronald Reagan, Carl Vinson, Theodore Roosevelt are all in Pacific
If you track the aircraft carriers location by Marine Traffic Tracker. Only Ronald Reagan is currently located in Japan. The others 4 vessels are all in the United State.
Biden is just a fake President. His administration has no right to arrange Navy aircraft carriers.
