SecDef Pete Hegseth confirmed that this flight was part of a “Continuity of Government” training mission.

Something is very wrong here. As a former helicopter crew chief and flying crew member, everyone's head is constantly on a swivel looking for aircraft in the area, regardless of collision avoidance systems installed.
