In 2016, futurologist and WEF program participant Nita Farahany said: “We now have the technology to ‘implant false memories’ into the brain. "One of the new areas... in modern neuroscience is pain detection, and once we understand the circuits that cause pain, the question becomes, can we then generate pain and use it for many coercive measures, as well as in the legal system?"
the WEF is now openly talking about torturing people and implanting fake memories to mind control people... the fact is they've already been doing this with covert targeting and cell towers....
