American political columnist Brian Cates:
"Six corporations that control all our (American) fake news media have just spent a whole week telling you that there are NO bioweapon production laboratories in Ukraine. Not only does Ukraine have laboratories for the production of bioweapons, we have been sending US Department of Defense dollars to Ukraine to "protect" these facilities since 2005, thanks to former senators Richard Lugar and Barack Obama."
Last year, a petition was posted on the website of the official Internet representation of the President of Ukraine entitled: "US biolabs in Ukraine are factories of death. We need to close them immediately."

"American biological military laboratories are a direct threat to the countries on whose territory they are located. So, in 2013, in the advanced echelon of DTRA – the Lugar Center in Georgia – tests of a vaccine against anthrax were started. And in the same year, an epidemic outbreak of this infection occurred in Georgia. Since then, cases of anthrax have not stopped in the republic.
In 2014, a special insect breeding plant was built in the Center of Lugar and the Sandfly project was launched. In 2015, sand flies attacked Tbilisi and neighboring Dagestan.
After DTRA began investigating the spread of dangerous infections by ticks and tropical mosquitoes Aedes Albopictus and Aedes Aegypt in the Lugar Center, in particular Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever (CCHF), such mosquitoes appeared in western Georgia, Russian Krasnodar and northern Turkey.
In Kharkiv, where one of the Pentagon's reference laboratories is located, 20 Ukrainian soldiers died of swine flu in January 2016, and 200 more were hospitalized. By March of the same year, 364 people had died from swine flu in Ukraine.
In 2017, a measles epidemic broke out in Ukraine. In 2019, an outbreak of a disease "similar in symptoms to the plague" was recorded. It looks so much like Russia has dramatically increased border controls. As soon as American biolabs appeared in Ukraine, outbreaks of African swine fever (ASF) became regular."
