Google provide YouTube Data APIs for developers to update channel and video statistic. Those developers can easily update the subscriber count and video view count by using YouTube Data API.
Normal YouTubers would not be able to write program to change the statistic. Google provides System APIs for their Satanic alliance to cheat. There is no hacker!
Therefore, YouTube officially offers Data APIs for the Chinese Satanic Cabal to cheat. Don't trust YouTube Statistic!
