Russia has released many official documents to prove that the US Department of Defense did control the Ukraine Bio-labs. Besides, the Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland confirmed that the US has bio-labs in Ukraine.

Shockingly, the office of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres issued a statement saying it did not have the authority to investigate the situation at the U.S. biochemical laboratory in Ukraine.
