林鄭月娥防疫政策嚴重失誤

有大量的豁免群組例如國泰機師，無需隔離檢疫。衹是在家中隔離而且不受監控，可以自由外出活動參加派對
竹篙灣的檢驗中心，並未有妥善使用， 入住率偏低。有確診者21日都未能夠接受檢測，然後自由離開。這是嚴重的防疫疏忽和漏洞。那麼那些隔離酒店也犯上同一錯誤嗎?

政府一個龐大的IT團隊, 竟然因為生產系統出現錯誤未能發放檢疫信息, 數百人包括李偲嫣因為多星期未能接獲檢驗信息, 而因病逝世。在一個生死攸關的防疫政策中, 生產系統沒人監測多星期, 是一個不能接受的嚴重失當。必須採取法律追究行動!
政府防疫宣傳指引和溝通嚴重失當，內部缺乏協調。陳肇始和林鄭月娥的發佈前後矛盾。陳肇始在12月30日公開鼓勵市民減少聚集，林鄭月娥1月1日仍然參加數百人的大型祈福活動。林鄭月娥1月4日在發佈會中仍然宣稱不需要收緊防疫措施。
政府內部各級官員缺乏官方正規疫情消息和內部指引的信息和通告。政府高級官員和議員，工作繁忙，是不會留意疫情的新聞。要求政府公務員看電視新聞自行決定防疫措施和行為，是嚴重失當。
防疫措施缺乏邏輯性和科學性。禁止食肆晚市營業而容許午市營業，容許開大型演唱會。
林鄭月娥在11月期間仍然出席朋友婚宴，那時候仍然是Delta病毒擴散期間。但是到1月初官方以說明Omricon的病症輕微, 不及Delta嚴重.。為什麼參加「洪門宴」的官員需要受到嚴重懲處, 而林鄭自己在危害性極高的Delta病菌肆虐下, 就覺得沒有問題。這是否嚴重雙標?
政府疫苗政策嚴重失當，即使袁國勇公開說明科興疫苗比較安全，但是政府官方仍然不斷推薦香港市民打伏必泰。香港政府防疫專家包括陳肇始，袁國勇我和許樹昌等專家衹是根據輝瑞藥廠的百多人確診的測試報告，就斷定和信任BioTech有效率達到90%. 他們只根據以色列的報告來引證自己的決定。西方有大量的科學家和科學數據說明mRNA疫苗是生化武器，注射mRNA疫苗群組的死亡率和重病率比非注射mRNA疫苗群組為高。西方有科學家和醫生包括諾貝爾得獎者證明mRNA疫苗會導致病毒擴散。但是所有香港的專家視若無睹，不做科學研究，只跟隨WHO和FDA指引.。
香港在市中心的多數大型疫苗注射中心都是注射服必泰的。而科興疫苗只可以在香港政府的日間醫療診所和少量的疫苗注射中心接受注射。很明顯是香港政府迫使市民注射復必泰。
COVID 和DELTA的病毒基從來未有被獨立隔離, 香港的所有專家有做獨立測試, 就全盤採用西方的政策，而否定中國的政策。
香港防疫一年多, 香港防疫團隊從來不與內地溝通, 亦不諮詢內地的通關要求。自把自為, 香港防疫漏洞錯漏百出, 林鄭防疫團隊毫無作出改善防疫的意向, 不斷催促內地通關。這是嚴重危害國家安全。
洪為民這一場「洪門宴」，在疫情肆虐期間， 邀請所有建制派的重要高級官員和議員，並沒有邀請中聯辦。張祝君回應那間餐廳的閉路電視沒有運作，所以找不到證據。洪為民以官方身份邀請香港高級官員和議員來出席壽宴。竟然沒有考慮保安安排，閒雜人等可以隨便出入，餐廳內竟然關掉閉路電視。這是嚴重違反常理的。而且全世界媒體一致在抹黑這場「洪門宴」。
林鄭月娥抗疫團隊在過去兩年嚴重行政失當，錯誤百出。他們都是秀林鄭月娥的指揮嗎？是誰需要在這場抗疫損失與傷亡作出負責。為什麼林鄭月娥一直沒有公開指責和懲罰那些失職抗疫團隊，而要嚴厲處罰出席洪門宴的官員？
對防疫兩年多，.仍然未與內地通關。導致經濟嚴重損失，民不聊生，民怨四起。林鄭撒旦團隊為了維護自己的利益和權利，不惜設局陷害愛國政府官員和議員。藉助「洪門宴」，奪取他們的職權。這是一場政變。
林鄭公開說明香港防應政策滴水不漏，這足以證明她的下屬有詳細報告給她知道抗疫的程序，步驟和方法。同時間她必定會在開會時提供她的意見和指引，才可以做到滴水不漏。
但事實上，香港政府抗疫政策嚴重失當，導致市民死亡，經濟嚴重損失。那麼為什麼沒有人需要負責和受到懲罰？林鄭可以隻手遮天？
我認為林鄭月娥應該要立刻辭職，她和她的團隊施政嚴重失當, 財政報表做假, 房屋政策失誤, 導致香港民不聊生, 民憤四起, 煽動顏色革命, 抗疫嚴重失誤, 經濟嚴重受損。香港絕對不能夠容許一個只懂推卸責任被人擺佈的傀儡繼續在香港弄權!

8 A huge government IT team failed to issue quarantine messages to the testee due to the production system failure. Hundreds of testees failed to receive the COVID testing result for many weeks, including patriot Li Caiyan eventually died of COVID. In a life-or-death epidemic prevention policy, the production system was left unmonitored for weeks. This is unacceptably serious misconduct. Legal action must be taken!

10. Officials at all levels within the government lack information and circulars on official epidemic news and internal guidelines. Senior government officials and parliamentarians are busy with work and will not pay attention to the news of the epidemic. It is serious misconduct to ask government civil servants to watch TV news and decide on their own epidemic prevention measures and behaviors.

13 The government's vaccine policy is seriously inappropriate. Even though Yuen Kwok Yuen publicly stated that Sinovac's vaccine is relatively safe, government officials continue to recommend Hong Kong citizens to take BioTech. Hong Kong government anti-epidemic experts including Sohpia Chan, Yuen Kwok Yuen, David Hui, and other experts just concluded and trusted BioTech's efficiency to reach 90% based on a simple Pfizer test report with only 100+ positive testees. They dictated the vaccine policy simply based on Israel's report but not other countries. Many western scientists, doctors, and scientific data stated that mRNA vaccines are biochemical weapons. The mortality and hospitalization rate of the mRNA vaccinated group is much higher than the unvaccinated group. Many western scientists and doctors, including Nobel laureates, have proved that mRNA vaccines can cause virus transmission. But all Hong Kong experts turned a blind eye, did not do scientific research, and only followed WHO and FDA guidelines.
14 Most of the large vaccination centers in the city center of Hong Kong are allocated for BioTech injection. The Sinovac vaccine can only be available at small public medical clinics and a small number of vaccination centers. It is clear that the Hong Kong government is forcing citizens to inject BioTech

I think Carrie Lam should resign immediately.
